"made these for tonight's dessert. These were GREAT! I can't believe more people haven't been making and reviewing these. I'm going to have to get a giant muffin pan. They were great as standard cupcakes but I think they really deserve to be made in to extra large cupcakes. The grandkids were a little upset when they found out there were no more to..."

"Very good recipe. I liked this allot. Parsnips aren't something I've ever used before, but due to this recipe they'll be getting more attention in my kitchen. They were a little hard to find being early spring (took 3 stores but was very worth the extra effort. The meat was tender, but not falling apart, and very flavorful. Made gravy out of the ..."

"Used bone in thick cut Iowa chops. had nice crunch to the breading while retaining juiciness on the inside of the meat. The nuts gave this a nice woody flavor that I haven't thought of before. Could use a pinch or two of pepper was the only slightly negative thing I heard during dinner tonight. Other wise everyone loved them."

"very easy to make, which is a plus. Used extra sharp chedder over steamed broccoli. very versatile sauce. easy to change flavors simply by changing the type of cheese. I will be making this again."

"made this, this morning and is now chilling in the fridge until movie time tonight. Gave it the ol' quality control taste test and almost ate the whole thing. I have a thing about raw onions so I sweated them in a tbs of olive oil with a pinch of salt till they were soft. once cooled to room temp I added to the recipe. I am very pleased with the ..."
