    About Me

I love great food! It really doesn't matter what type of cuisine, I will eat just about anything. I travel quite a bit throughout the U.S. with my work and I always try to eat something that the area for which I am in is known. I eschew chain restaurants as much as possible when I am on the road.

In my next life, I want to be a chef...

    Favorite Foods

I tend to favor Italian when I am eating at home or cooking for my family. However, my wife is a very picky eater and refuses to eat the "fru fru" food (that is, anything other than bland steak or chicken!) that I like to cook, so I typically only play chef during dinner parties or on special occasions. My two-year old, however, takes after his daddy and will eat anything! (Woo Hoo!)
