    "I come back to this recipe every Easter when I usually cook brunch for about 15 people. This year it's only 2 of us, but the recipe will be just as good.I will be serving mine with hash browns, fresh strawberries, blueberries, banana and yoghourt, along with orange juice and tea."

    "I cut this recipe in half and used my own peppers that I roasted. Instead of the vinaigrette I used a honey dijon fat free dressing and the havarti was exchanged for a low fat cheddar.It was easy and delicious. It's very good cold the next day too."

    "I was looking forward to this recipe as I had all the ingredients on hand. The mixture was very runny and difficult to turn over once one side was brown. The all broke apart. When I tasted them, they weren't bad, but I found it too salty and too much onion flavour. Next time I will use only half an envelope of onion soup mix."
