"This recipe rocked my world! Reese's peanut butter cups are my all time #1 favorite candy, and one of the foods I miss the most since I stopped eating pretty much everything they're made of. These are great partly because they are made out of all the things I like to eat and none of the things I don't, but mostly because they are *way* better than..."

"I had really high hopes for this recipe, but it just didn't work out for me. The patties wouldn't hold together...maybe shredding the zucchini would have helped. Also, they were a bit bland. I tried them cold in a pita with spinach and onion, and also hot with chili sauce and chutney. Sorry, but I don't think I'll be making these again."

"I had really mixed feelings about this soup. On the one hand it was easy to make and I almost always have the ingredients on hand. On the other hand, I had to add a LOT of salt. First I tried adding more sun-dried tomatoes and some balsamic vinegar but it was still kind of bland, so in went the salt. Also, the farfalle really sucked up a lot of ..."

"Sorry I can't give a better rating, but these were just way too sweet for us. I think that, whereas in other jam squares the brown sugar and jam add sweetness to oats, the granola is already sweet and pushes the bars over the edge. I did like the added crunchiness, however and they were super easy to make. Thanks!"

"Really nice pie, Anme. I made this for Christmas using a premade whole wheat pie crust. I also used whole wheat flour for the crumb topping. 3 large Granny Smiths and a smaller baking apple went into the pie, resulting in a nice tart, toothsome filling. I did have to cook my pie a bit longer than the recipe specified, and I found a heaping 1/4 ts..."

"It is so hard to find non-dairy potato casseroles, let alone ones this tasty. I made this for Christmas dinner and it went over really well. In addition to being delicious, the dish was easy and straightforward, and the directions were clear and precise--all attractive characteristics during the holidays. I can't wait for an excuse to make these a..."

"I don't usually make French Toast for lack of proper bread. This recipe solves that problem nicely, making even flimsy sandwich bread breakfast-worthy. It is a bit labor intensive for a single serving...so I'll just have seconds! Thanks angelfan."

"YUM!! I followed the recipe for the falafel exactly, but instead of cucumber yogurt I used tahini sauce and hummus. I really liked just tossing everything in my food processor too. The leftover patties kept pretty well, so I got to have homemade falafel sandwiches 3 days in a row. Lucky me! Thanks ratherbeswimmin'."

"I really liked the combination of flavors in this salad, though I did find it needed more salt and pepper. I added a bit more curry powder, but I find I always do :. Also, 1/3 cup of olive oil seemed excessive. In the future I will probably use less. All in all it was a good meal that was quick and easy to make, and used things I tend to hav..."

"We weren't really crazy about this. I'm not sure what we were expecting, perhaps something moister or sweeter? That said, it is really good toasted with some raspberry jam. Thanks for posting."
