"Thank you for a really good recipe! I made these tonight for my kids and they thought they were great. I had to add about a quarter of a cup more milk as the batter was just too thick. Excellent idea to dip them in a tall glass! WIll use this one again :)"

I'm in the southern most part of the world. In Invercargill New Zealand. I live with my two boys Alexander (22 September 2004) and Mason (21 November 2006) and my daughter Ruby (18 April 2008). We also have 3 burmese cats that allow us to live with them. They are Rastus, Morte and Ophelia
I have also just started playing tag in the New Zealand/Australia forum.
I love food. Thai, Italian, Mexican, Japanese,Indian.....I love it all. And I LOVE LOVE LOVE to cook!!! :) I spend a lot of time (when I have spare time) pottering about in the kitchen. I love recipe books and all things cooking :) (except maybe the washing up of the dishes) I love to cook for my friends and family.
