    This was delicious but I used a bread machine for the kneading process. When using a bread machine, you should only knead the dough for about 3 minutes not the 5 to 8 minutes suggested for manually kneading the dough.

    This is a nutty, delicious bread that is extremely easy to prepare. I did not have any problems with the cooking time. In the television program Claire said to, "Count to five kneads." I will definitely prepare this Soda Bread or Irish Soda Bread again.
