I had to use some cornstarch to thicken the sauce at the end of the cooking. Certainly not as good as what you would get at an Asian restaurant. Might make again with some heavy modifications."

    "I've tried all the tortilla recipes on now and have come to the conclusion that this one is the best. I do change it up and add 50% olive oil and 50% shortening instead of just shortening and it makes the dough a bit more plyable and pressable.     I found that if I refrigerate dough in saran wrap before cutting into rolls it makes the cutting process so much easier. I even left them in the fridge overnight without any issues before final rising and baking the next day. I also found the dough to not be sweet enough so I add more sugar."
