"Actually this is not the same recipe as Giada de Laurentis'. Her recipe has an additional 1/2 cup of butter. I have made her recipe too and prefer this recipe. They are just as tender and tasty without the additional 1/2 c. of butter. Served them tonight as an improptu desert with a little vanilla ice cream for a small group of friends and the..."

"Very good and easy too. Added 1/4 t. of salt and used grated parmesan instead of mozzarella. The dressing is best added to salad as soon as you mix it."

"I needed something quick to make for a pot luck so I used what I had on hand - Golden Grain Rainbow Radiatore, left out the tomato, cut the cheeses in half, added sliced black olives and added 2 tsp of sugar and 1/4 t. of green Tabasco to the dressing. Plus quartered the pepperoni. It was a hit and was so easy!"

The combination of the creamy and the crunch are perfect together. I may try it with toasted walnuts for a different twist."
