    About Me

    I'm a vegetarian celiac so I need to be able to cook pretty much anything I'm going to eat. I'm also a potter and grow some of my own organic food in my garden. I mill my own flours and make my own yogurt too so I'm pretty crazy about making my own food.  I also raise chickens, but for eggs, not meat.  I live in the suburbs, so my roosters might dive my neighbors a little bonkers. ;)
