"OMG! I had been looking for a chocolate-zucchini bread/cake that really rocked and this was the first one I tried. I just made it for the second time, increasing the amount of egg and using all light-brown sugar. I forgot to squeeze the zucchini but it still came out perfect! Thank you, thank you, thank you!"

"I baked this in an 8 inch square pan at 375 F. for 25 min - it looked done but there were actually large pockets of batter that was still semi-raw. Part of it, however, did bake fully. Maybe it's the fault of the oven - next time I will test it for doneness in several places or make muffins. BUT ... the flavor was AWESOME and the texture of ..."

"I probably underbaked mine slightly but they were still awesome! I reduced the amount of white sugar by half and added chocolate chips. As another reviewer commented, the peanut butter taste is subtle, but they were perfect IMO."

"These were great with a few changes that I felt were necessary. The cookies are too sweet with all the sugar in the crust PLUS the sugar in the cream cheese mixture. Next time I will reduce the sugar in the crust or filling or both. I also reduced the amount of top crumbs and reserved only 2/3 cup instead of the 1 cup as the recipe instructs. ..."

"This is truly incredible... I actually made mine lowfat and, with a few other changes, created a new recipe that I posted here, #495038. But this recipe is amazing if you are going to use cream cheese. Thanks so much for posting; this made my day!"

"I just ate six of these bad boys about 5 minutes after they came out of the oven, so I have no clue if they firm up later or what! (They were very tender when fresh and warm. MMMMM!!!! Divine! I used regular butter and I did increase the sugar and spice somewhat, because I was making these for some guys who like their cookies fully loaded."

"This is how I make my buckwheat cereal - I get the toasted groats and prefer their strong flavor without sweetener or anything else; I cook it in water and just add a little coconut oil while it's cooking and some salt, and I add some almond milk once it's in the bowl. This stuff rocks, but it probably helps to be Russian."
