    Reviewed Snickerdoodle-Bundt Cake

"My granddaughter entered this cake in our county fair. It was a blue ribbon winner! She made it exactly as the recipe stated and it was simply wonderful."

    About Me

Very small town in south Texas. I am retired and stay busy with yard, cooking, and grandchildren. I have several cookbooks assembled by homemaking teachers across the country and I am forever reaching for one. You need fifty different recipes for whatever; it's in there. But my new favorite is The Sweet Potato Queen's Big Ass Cookbook and Financial Planner. There are some really great recipes in there. I like to travel, if I had a month with no responsibilities, I would get in the car and drive.

    Favorite Foods

My husband is a wonderful cook. He is famous in our county for his barbque and he is more well known for sausage making, which is becoming a lost art. He also cures all of our bacon and ham. I do a wonderful cabbage roll from my aunt who was married to a Syrian man. I am the designated turkey and dressing cook on holidays. Last but not least I make the best Texas Trash around these parts.
