"This is a good basic fried rice recipe. When I made it, I added more rice, green onions, a green pepper and more eggs. Great meal. Good leftover too. I don't like peas and carrots in my fried rice so did not add those."

"Great recipe. When I make it I don't peel the onions and I use brown or Spanish onions. I find the outer skins give the broth a nice golden color. After done cooking, I strain out all the solids including the onion skins. I also add parsley, celery and garlic."

"This is a great blend. Makes everything you put it in taste great and special. I even put it in scramble eggs! I also add a good pinch to Hollandaise. Very easy to put together. If you like spice, try it. My husband bought a special small duck dish with lid from Cost Plus so he could have it on the table every meal."

"I also make these. Since we drink alot of fresh squeezed oj, I save the orange shells and use these for molds. To serve to the kids, I cut the orange halves into wedges for easier eating. Kids loved these."
