"Delicious, again! I used 6 small apples (because I have a TON right now). That proved to be an issue, too much moisture. The cake took about 50 min. instead of 35. I added 1/4 tsp. cinnamon, a pinch of nutmeg, and a pinch of cloves to the dry ingredients as I sifted them. Such a good texture. I can't wait to play around with it some more! Thanks K..."
