"Superb...will be a staple in my family. I want to eat it all. Delicious and protein rich.. Great for a vegetarian. I am so glad it keeps in the fridge for a couple of days... Not that I think there'll ever be leftovers. I didn't have kelp or sunflower seeds, and I used 1/2 Greek yogurt for mayonnaise. What a find."

"I ( spud-lover would give this a ten for this if I could! I added more garlic. I had this as a side to my traditional Gujarati Indian dinner..... I think it's here to stay. Even my health freak husband who doesn't like spuds was competing for the last few pieces. Great on a cold winters night."

"THANK_YOU for this WONDERFUL recipe. It was a hit at my dinner party.. used it as an appetizer. Next time I will add brown sugar and pecan topping 10 mins before serving. The sugar caused the top of the dressing to crack and look dry. I used less sugar and a little splenda. Grapes are sweet so no need for all the sugar. Very refreshing and gre..."

"THANK YOU, good for you and yummy too, and .... I'm laughing at how easy it is. I made this in my toaster oven. I had to flip them after 10 and put them back in at 220 for 5 more mins to get crunchy. I added parmesean too. Move over potato chips!"
