    About Me

I am the underwriting manager for a very large mortgage company branch and have high stress days. One of my favorite de-stressing activities is to search recipe web sites during the week nights for something awesome to serve my family on weekends! Cooking is ART

    Favorite Foods

My grandmother came to America from Lebanon, and for the past few years, I have been trying to duplicate her recipes. Lebanese cooking is very involved so this challenge has made me look at ingredients in a different way. I have learned to modify - I only use recipes as a guideline and rarely follow them exactly. I had to drop out of the "cake" business, too much like science - not enough like art!
