    "Very good! My hubby even said that he really liked it and he usually doesn't like pork chops. I did use the suggestion to add some dijon and use white wine instead of water. I also threw in some dried red pepper flakes, since we like spicey dishes. Served over white rice and enjoyed every bite! Thanks!"
