"Everyone in my family thought this was a "keeper"! I followed the recipe except I layered everything once instead of multiple layers. My sauce wasn't runny at all. I baked mine in a 13x9" dish. 3 adults and 2 9-year old boys had plenty with some to spare. Thanks for posting, I will definitely make this again!"

"I had a lot of collards to use up after cleaning out my garden for spring planting. To be honest, I was a little bit skeptical and hesitant about trying this recipe. I'm so glad that I did because I thought this was fabulous! The chorizo gave it a little kick, but not too much. It didn't have a strong collard taste like I thought it would. Thank y..."

"This was delicious! I had to make a small adjustment though. I didn't have time to cook it in the crockpot, so I sauteed the onions in a Dutch oven, then added the pork. I cooked the pork until there wasn't any more pink, then added the garlic and sauteed for a minute. I added all the remaining chili ingredients, then simmered for about 20 minutes..."

"We thought this recipe was pretty good. Easy and quick. After I browned the meat and onions (no green peppers I added the pizza sauce, pepperoni, canned mushrooms and black olives. I added the mixture to the baking dish, then I sprinkled the mozzarella cheese then the tater tots. Everyone liked it and I will make again."

"This was very good, quick and easy to make. I didn't have enough salsa so I added a can of Rotel tomatoes and boy was it spicy! I will make this again but next time I'll make sure I have enough salsa, lol. Thanks Parsley."

"Yummy, we love split pea soup, especially on a cold night. I thought I had some ham stashed in the freezer for soup, but I didn't, so I used extra carrot and celery instead. It still came out very flavorful and the barley thickened it up nicely. Thanks, I'll make this again!"

"These were very good. We love pumpkin and we love cream cheese and the two of them together are great! I did substitute butternut squash for the pumpkin which wouldn't affect the flavor at all. I'll make these again. Thanks!"

"This soup does make the house smell good! Very tasty and easy to prepare after all of the meat is taken off of the bones. I already had the broth cooking with the onions, carrots and celery and I needed a recipe so I would know what kind of seasoning I should use to flavor it up a bit. The only thing I did differently was add 1/2 tsp. poultry seas..."

"You get 5 stars from my co-workers! They kept commenting on how good the crust was. I still have quite a few butternut squash from my garden so I used it instead of the pumpkin. Personally, I thought this was very similar to a pumpkin pie, so since this is loaded with fat and calories, I think I will only make this occasionally."
