    About Me

    I have two teenage children - one at university doing law and the other in his final two years at high school. I work 5 days, but get the school holidays off. I receipt all the money in a high school and do reconcilitation and all facets of accounts receivable.

    Favorite Foods

    everything except offal. I cook in a hurry after working all day. I grew up on traditional English fare, but my daughter has been allergic to dairy products all her life, so I have had to rethink and relearn the food we eat. We experiment regularly with asian and thai food and indian. She can eat coconut milk and eggs as they aren't made from cow's milk.
    We also adore italian food, but can't have lasagne due to the cheese on top. The families favourite meals are - bolognaise, taco's (no cheese for my daughter), chilli con carne, salmon steaks, chicken snitzel and pasta, bbq chicken and rice and veges/salad, pork or lamb chops, moroccan chicken, ministrone soup and a curried red lentil soup in winter.

    We adore thai food and a cheap thai around the corner from where we live is our favourite restaurant.
