    "This was an easy and delicious recipe,PanNan!Onions,chicken and corn,all our favorite things and served over rice.....we were in heaven!I used 2 cans of corn and didnt change anything else.The lemon juice was a nice touch!Thanks for a great recipe!"

    "Oh Michelle!I used this as a sauce instead of a marinade and it was scrumptious!I baked some chicken legs for about 40 min and added this sauce to it and let it cook for another 15 min and oh wee!I was using the chicken to stuff pot stickers and I barley had enough 'cause I kept eatin' it as I stuffed!I will try this as a marinade next time, maybe..."

    "Boy did the kids like this!!I didnt have a jar of spagetti sauce so I used a can of diced tomatoes and a 2 small jars of tomato sauce and just a little pizza spice.This was a satisfying meal that will be had again!Thanks Michelle!"

    "I just loved this recipe.I usually dont bake my chicken because I usually buy boneless,skinless chicken breasts and I find it to dry,but this was not the case.They were perfect,juicy and with just a hint of lemon.....mmmmm....I did everything the recipe said and I served it with white rice and soy sauce!Thanks for the wonderful recipe!~!"

    "Yumm,yum Michelle!!I make spanish rice often but I liked the twist of adding gound meat to make it a dish all its own!I had to sub salsa for the chili sauce but it was still delicioso!!I also used diced tomatoes instead of the whole.A winner in my book!Thanks for this peppy recipe!"

    "Wow what a mouth pleaser this was!I should have made more cause we all wanted more!Even those who dont like Tabasco(do those people exsist?will enjoy this.I think I doubled the Tabasco and the taste was so subtle the kids can even enjoy it!!The outside is nice and crispy and the inside was soft and yummy!!Next time I think I will prick the potato..."
