"Lots of tweeking we had to do to make the sauce taste good, which in turn took longer to cook the dish. I had to keep adding more cornstarch slurry to get it to the right thickness. I had the broiler preheating and after browning the chicken well on not 2 but 4 sides, and after transferring the chicken to the pyrex just put it on the bottom rack ..."

"We made these the other night with 1 huge zucchini (overlooked in the garden that I thought would compromise the tenderness. Not so; this was delicious!!! The only thing is I had to add more flour to make the roux the right consistency. Thanks for the recipe! Always nice to find another way to use all those zucchini....."

"I made this recipe about a month ago and can't wait to fix it again. These burgers are delicious!! I might cut down on the ginger a little bit next time, though."

"Wow! This was delicious!! Wouldn't change a thing. If you didn't have prosciutto on hand, leftover roast or rotisserie chicken would be nice in it, too. What a combination of flavors!"

"These were fun to make and just as easy to make 2 than it would be to make 12! More importantly, though, they were out of this world!! I followed the recipe exactly and added a slice of swiss cheese on the top of each with proscuitto wrapped around onion as instructed. These are fabulous! Thanks for such an easy and special side dish!"

"I've been meaning to try this for some time now and finally got around to it last night. What a treat! I couldn't bring myself to putting in all that cheese, so I put in about 1/3 of what you called for and it was still good and cheesy. I was concerned about them not sticking together, and since we're not doing carbless, I went ahead and put ..."

"I thought the flavor of these was nice but did not care for the texture. (they were real bready I did, however, substitute the 1 c of sugar for 1 c of splenda, so that might explain part of the problem. Otherwise, these are nice to have around when the sweet tooth hits."

"I didn't use a crockpot because I only had an hour to cook. I got really good results just simmering it away and stirring in the sour cream and flour the last 15 minutes or so. I also added a chopped up portabello and that was good. Thanks for helping me stray away from the typical spaghetti I usually tend to make with my hamburger meat- my hus..."

"I really enjoyed this cake. I thought it had a very nice texture and also really liked the fact that it wasn't overly sweet. I used 1 cup splenda and 1/2 c sugar (was scared to omit sugar entirely and it turned out fine! I also substituted the yogurt for sour cream because I didn't have any yogurt at the time. OK, too. Thanks for the recipe!"
