    New Topic Recipe won't save to Cookbook, Menus, Shopping list, etc. in Customer Support

    "Hi, I'm a pretty new user, but I'm logged in so I think this should work. When I try to save any recipe the little box with the name of the location "my Shopping List" comes up, and the 'please wait' icon (spinning sun) just goes on forever. I've searched the forums but haven't found same issue. Also, Search does not work either. I'm thinking ..."
