"I LOVE Giada, but this recipe did not work out for me. Made for a party and no one really cared for them. The marscapone melted into the crust and some guests thought there was no filling. I think this would benefit from a more dense cheese like cream cheese or ricotta. The marscapone just didn't hold up or contribute any flavor. "

"Decadently delicious, creamy, and yummy! Made this for my 1 year old's birthday party and everyone from age 1 to age 65 loved it. Most requested recipe from the party. Used shredded smoked gouda and half and half instead of cream. Had a little extra that didn't fit into a deep dish pie crust, so scrambled it up for hubby's breakfast. "

"A great meatless entree! I doubled the spices, added peas, and used a bit of lemon juice and zest to brighten the flavors. Delish and economical."

"A great side for bean burritos! I made as written, but also felt like Debbwl that it needed a bit more cinnamon and vinegar for my taste. Also added a dash of salt and a splash of broth."

"When my daughter tasted these out of the oven, she took a bite and then handed the rest back to me. She would not eat them. And she does eat the Fiber One and other 'veggie' muffins, so she does eat 'healthy' type food. We prefer muffins that are lighter and cake like, these are dense and heavy. Mine did not rise at all. They are also a bit spongy..."

"Very good! Made with mini shells and elbows. Left out the additional olive oil and most of the mayo. Still delicious! Creamy and yummy. Swapped olive oil 'mayo' for the regular. Hubby said he wants it again, so that means it is goooood."

"Awesome! I added lemon pepper seasoning and substituted italian flavored bread crumbs for the saltines because I didn't have saltines. Dipped in Asian sweet chili sauce (Caravelle brand and they were absolutely delish!!!! This will become a weekly staple.
Update 10/22/10: This time I used crushed saltines and it came out great, too! Adde..."

"This was super tasty but I did add about 2 tablespoons seasoning out of personal taste. The loaf took much longer to cook, so maybe I needed to saute the veggies a little more to get rid of all the liquid? My texture was a little soft, so I'll work on that because the taste is very good. Great base recipe, definitely will be making again with twea..."

"This is a wonderful, light side dish. Next time I will skip the green pepper, as it seemed to overpower the tomatoes and squash. Thanks for submitting the recipe!"

"Delicious and satisfying without feeling heavy. Don't skip the anchovies, they provide the bulk of the flavor! I upped the chili flakes and added some fresh basil. This will now be in the weekly rotation. Carnivorous hubby did not miss the meat and asked I make extra for lunch leftovers next time. Have everything premeasured and ready to go, this ..."
