I'm a strict vegetarian and love to cook. I admit to relying a lot on fast food and conveinence foods lately, but I'm hoping to break that habit and get my butt back in the kitchen. I have 5 kids: 3 chinchillas, 1 dog, and a rabbit.

I love a huge variety of foods: gourmet pastas, eggplant parmesan, homemade pizza, chips and salsa, potatoes, soups, homemade chili, Smart BBQ (vegetarian pulled pork), Smart Bacon, and so much more.
From Veganomicon, my favorites so far have been: Potato and Kale enchiladas, Cheater Baked beans, Leek and Bean Cassoulet with biscuits, Penne Vodka, and Portobello Salad with Spicy Mustard Dressing. Amazing cookbook, I recommend it to everyone.
