    Reviewed Honey Roasted Pork Loin

"We really liked this and served the drippings/glaze over couscous. At 45 minutes, it was already at 180 degrees so dryer than I had hoped for but still tasty."

Reviewed Tender Roast Loin Of Pork

"The cooking time indicated is far too long. I checked my 4 lb roast after 2 hours and is was 200 degrees! My husband ate it to keep me from crying (true newlyweds :) and I made gravy from the drippings to salvage the meal. I agree with other reviewers that double seasoning (including additional pork friendly herbs) should be used as well as chic..."

    Reviewed Banana-Chocolate Chip Muffins

"Haven't reviewed yet but have made over a dozen time. I love these, they are so moist! I add 1/2 cup applesauce and rolled oats as well and use sugar blend substitutes. Has anyone tried adding coco powder to help fix a chocolate craving? I'm going to use almond flour the next time to up the protein as well. Thanks for a wonderful muffin recipe!"

Reviewed Ww Triple Chocolate Chunk Muffins Low Fat

"I also found this on the same website as you, thanks for sharing as I'm sure it will fit for some. They taste like diet food and were missing the texture I was craving. Recipe #19424 has a better texture with slightly fewer calories. The protein can be tweaked by using almond flour, etc. I'm going to opt for that one and try adding coco powder ..."

    Reviewed Shrimp Scampi

"Made this minus the pasta to serve over a rib eye as we're on a high-protein/low-carb diet. They were tasty but would have preferred the butter/wine mixture to be a tad thicker. Maybe less wine and a touch of creme next time."

    Reviewed Low Fat Oven-Fried Scallops

"Followed the recipe perfectly and I'm a Seattle native, loving seafood. These were only okay. If I try this again I would use panko, add old bay, and possibly pan-fry or brush with EVOO before placing in the oven and bake for 6-7 min and broil for 2-3 for large scallops."

    Reviewed Italian Wedding Soup

"I made this the second time today. I omitted the cilantro because the flavor took over the soup the first time. I used half turkey/half italian sausage for the meat balls the second time and found this a great combo of flavors. As some readers mentioned to cook them slightly first, I cooked them 2 minutes on a Foreman Grill before simmering in t..."
