"As always I modified this a bit. I used some italian herbs and threw in some celery and addtl garlic. Our pork tenderloin was huge and the only thing was that I added some water to cook it more..great recipe and I used the leftover pork in soup the next day-yummy"

"Because my family is has 6 to it including 3 teen sons I needed more chops than in the recipe. So I modified it, I used a normal baking pan, added some garlic and thyme to the melted butter in the bottom and a few more bread crumbs.. it was great with the recipe doubled, my family says make it again!!"
