    About Me

    I am a stay at home mom that is constantly trying new recipes... when my tv is on (and my husband isn't home) its usually on foodnetwork. 

    I think what I love about cooking is that I can create something out of nothing and wow some one on a plate.  Not to mention, my husband and kids LOVE to eat, so impressing them is something I love to do.  Food is something we all have to eat and as a stay at home mom I have to make it 3 times a day... why not make it delicious to eat and enjoyable to make.

    Favorite Foods

    My favorite food would have to be breakfast... but not sweet breakfast... I like the whole deal, eggs (over easy of course), bacon, sausage, ham steak, toast, hasbrowns... but I like it for dinner.... not so much in the morning.

    The other thing I love is potatoes... you can make them so many different ways and they are most always delicious.
