"Quick dinner- 1-2 cups of cream leaves room for error- after looking at a few I decided on 1.5 cups- it was too watery. If I make it again I will definitely amp up the cajun seasoning, only do 1 cup cream."

"First of all I did not change the recipe, so lets get that out of the way.
The purpose of THIS review is to cooking time, cracks etc. The photo for the recipe seems to be what everyone would like. So, I write in to let you know as a first time cheesecake baker this is what I came up with. See my photo-
Prescribed temp for 1:..."

"Did a full tsp Vanilla and 1/8 sugar- after noting some thought they were "flavorless. Let them sit 30 minutes, poured the entire mixture on my Cuisinart Belgian Waffle iron, which I had set to the higest setting.
They were a bit overcooked, flavor was good, but they were dense/ cakey in the middle and a little crisp on the outside... kin ..."

"Very good- I made this with whole grain thin spaghetti ( capellini. I was delighted. I have issues burning the butter usually, so I went out and bought a stainless steel 12 in skillet like the one showed in the video.... I think that helped somehow. So, if there are any new cooks like me, I hope that helps. Happy cooking!"

"GREAT flavor! I like salt, so per ther review of someone I added 1tsp instead of a 1/4 tsp.... I would say that was a little too much- somewhere between 1/4tsp- 1/2 tsp would probably suit the salt fans.
I cooked these in a SKILLET on a medium-high heat 8 mins on one side then flipped for an additional 3 mins. Mine burned a little, but ..."

"Easy, let's start there, and flavorful. I enjoy green onions in my p/salad- maybe I will add in that variation as well as eggs. I have no clue what I am doing yet, but those two items might give it a different dimension. If did that, I would omit the basil. Thank you for posting."

"Halved the recipe, used 3 avacados, omitted the optional jalepeno.
It was fresh, not enough flavor. I think my mistake was that I should have used smaller avacados and the other ingredients might have showed up a little more. Next time, I will do 3 Med avacodos, and maybe half a jalepeno pepper to "spice" it up. Otherwise quite nice."

"Made excellent taco meat. I think I will try this for enchiladas as well.
I rubbed my chuck roast w/ salt, pepper and garlic powder- I then browned it in hot oil. I wanted to make sure there was a lot of flavor.
I used McCormick Taco Seasoning packets.
This is a KEEPER! Rated appropriately, and I am not easily impressed."
