    About Me

    I'm an inspiring home cook. I love cooking, the kitchen is the busiest place in our home. We have many traditions that focus on food and family, like our mandatory Sunday dinner. It's the one day of the week that the whole family comes together and with kids getting on their own, it's a special day for me because I get to have all the kids home. Of course for the kids it's a hot, free meal and I always send them off with a care package of leftovers.

    I think I read cookbooks and magazines more than anything else. I watch anything food related on TV and in our circle of friends, most are chefs. We pretend to get together for football, UFC and what ever events we can think of but secretly it's to try our new dishes on each other. Good food, friends and family what more could you ask for.
