"Very yummy. I did like a previous reviewer and made mine into a stir fry, skipping the maple syrup and dry mustard. My toddler inhaled the tofu. Great combination of flavors and a quick dinner. Yum. Thanks."

"This was very good. And very easy to put together. I used a yellow bell pepper and two Anaheim chilis for the chilies. That made the dish SO pretty! Lots of color there. I let it simmer until the pork was tender and the sauce was thickenened, then served it over plain steamed rice. Added lots of salt and pepper (personal preference and about a t..."

"This was okay. I wish I had peeled that apples and that there were more apples. Only DD ate the apples b/c of the weird texture of the peel after baking. The chicken itself was nice and moist and flavorful though."

"These are nice. The batter was a little thin, so I was worried they were going to end up being more like crepes, but they didn't. They make nice golden pancakes. I used chopped and toasted pecans from Trader Joe's. Yummy. Thanks for sharing."

"OH WOW!! These are excellent! I didn't think they were too sweet at all. I did forget the cinnamon, but they are very good without it. I also left out the walnuts.
