"Prepared exactly how described, I found that the cinnamon really overpowers the ginger taste (which I probably should have realised given it has equal parts cinnamon to ginger. Most people I gave them to seemed to loved them though, so I may be alone in thinking this. Next time I will add more ginger and less cinnamon."

"Perfect risotto, very tasty and fairly easy to make. A personal favourite that I have made many times now (generally sticking to the recipe, unless missing ingredients. The 6 servings must be for entrée size, as a standalone main I find it makes enough for 3 (or 2 very hungry people. Outstanding recipe �?? thank you very much!"

"Personally I didn't really like the cinnamon/chocolate center. I also found that I had quite a lot (about half of the cinnamon/chocolate mix left over which was a bit wasteful. Interesting idea, just didn't work for me."
