"Absolutely delicious. My husband often complains that grilled tuna is bland, but not this time! I did two large steaks so halved the recipe. Next time I will use a bit more cayenne pepper as we like it spicy. Marinaded for one hour slathered the steaks with the marinade while grilling. Perfect! "Great recipe. I used one large 8 oz piece of salmon and cooked for 35 minutes. Delicious! Only changes I made were to use finally diced white onion rather than scallions and a can of Rotel tomatoes with chiles which gave it a bit of a kick. Served with lemon wedges and a side of pasta with garlic and olive oil. Great meal! Husband LOVED it!"

"This was so easy and good! I had 5 lb of baking potatoes to use up. I used pint jars. Before adding the potatoes to the jars, I put one chicken bullion cube and 1/2 tsp garlic salt in each then packed in the potatoes and covered with boiling water. One jar didn't take so I was forced to eat it up. It was so good! Potatoes basically were very mushy..."
