    LinMarie says:

"It makes a decent glaze that's quite good on grilled chicken. I marinated Chicken in a vacuum marinator for 10 min and it was delicious. I tried using it on grilled radicchio and it was too sweet even after adding extra balsamic vinegar. Overall it's decent but prepared for something fairly sweet."

    LinMarie says:

"Great recipe- I recommend using 6 cups of water or add more split peas if you like your soup a little thicker. Also, i used a large ham bone and this made it almost too salty. I highly recommend not adding any salt until the very end. The soup still came out rather yummy and everyone helped themselves to seconds and there were hardly any leftovers..."

"Excellent! Made it with 1/2 whole milk and 1/2 low fat milk and it was excellent. We doubled the recipe and it served 8 healthy servings. Will definitely be doing it again."

"I love the simpleness of this recipe. I served 85 people myself at a 4th of July party and spent less than an hour cooking. Use a pizza slicer to cut up the meat into little squares and add bread crumbs if you want the patties to be a little "fluffy". I used hawaiian sweet onions which turns slightly pink during cooking. It adds a nice colorful t..."

"I tried this recipe out on a group of people and it was liked by everyone. I will be doing this again. I did slightly modify it though by adding 1 egg per pound of meat and about 1/2 of the salt the recipe called for."

    LinMarie says:

"This came out wonderful. I tweaked it a little. I added two large minced garlic cloves instead of one, and almost a full tbsp of ginger and honey. I broiled the halibut on a broiling pan, but I lined the top of the pan with foil and made a little bowl with 1/4" sides to allow for a bit of the marinate to broil with it. I also buttered the bottom ..."

"The easiest corned beef recipe in the world and it tastes amazing! The vinegar and sugar really do an amazing trick on the cabbage. Make sure to add extra cabbage as people will be wanting seconds and thirds of it."

"My family loved this dessert. I didn't have a stale loaf of french bread so I bought a fresh one, crumbled it up, and toasted in oven @170 degrees for ~15 mins to make it "stale". I added butter in step 4 and cooked at medium high heat. Couldn't get the sugar to brown properly until I did so and it made a nice toffee flavor instead of caramel. I ..."

"Excellent recipe. I suggest cutting the salt in half and then adding to taste. The amount called for in the recipe makes it a bit too salty. Otherwise, it's a great BBQ sauce that won't disappoint!"
