    "Love the flavors! Had a batch of plain plum jam that wasn't very flavorful, so I simmered it with some fresh ginger and lemon zest and WOW does it taste good now. My original recipe was similar to this one, but I didn't add any water. Thanks for a great recipe!"

    "I tripled the recipe, minus the pectin and half the sugar. After bringing to a boil. removed the "solids" and simmered several hours to reduce the juice to. Add the fruit back in with 1/2 tsp powdered vanilla because my fruit was noa little bland this year. Very yummy. I'll do it earlier in the season next year as I used the last of my peaches..."
