"Seriously hits the spot for peanut butter/chocolate with a bit of crunch--YUM! Easy too. I just made them and am holding off on one star to see if they set up well, once cooled, for bars. I only had creamy peanut butter- still good!"

"Excellent! I've been looking for a healthy substitute for store-bought granola bars and I think I've found it. Added flax seed too. Thanks for sharing!"

"Easy and appears versatile. I used chicken stuffed pasta as it was less expensive. DH loved it."

Finally, I added a crumb topping (graham crumbs, brown sugar and dried oats before popping it into the oven. Moist, flavorful and delicious! Thanks for shari..."

"Finally a healthy breakfast "cookie" my whole family likes! I did not have applesauce so I substituted in vanilla yogurt. Omitted the honey and vanilla. Very moist. I will try freezing some to see if they can become an easy OAMC item during the school year. I'm thinking they'll do fine!"

"I gave this recipe the full 5 stars for it's ease and passing the taste test of my entire family! In addition to making the chicken ones, I used up some left over ground beef for some beef chimis too. My young boys loved those. I did end up covering them w/aluminum foil the last half of cooking time as they were getting too brown on the edges. ..."
