"These were very good! Perfect if you don't like things that are very rich. These are not super sweet, either. There is a very, very slight taste of coconut, so I'm not sure if I would serve them to someone who doesn't like coconut. Overall, these were delicious!"

"Very good pancakes and sauce! I did use a high quality lemon extract instead of the fresh lemon juice and zest for both parts, since I didn't have any lemons. Even with this substitution, the pancakes were very good. I can only imaging how good they would be with the fresh lemon. I will definitely be making them again."

"I made these exactly as written, omitting the walnuts. They are excellent! Crispy edges with a very chewy center. I LOVE chewy cookies, and these are absolutely perfect. I got exactly 3 dozen generous sized cookies from this recipe.
*One note: For the 1st batch, I used a silicone baking sheet, and I do not recommend it. The cookies just d..."

"This was excellent! I made exactly as written, except I used brown sugar in the topping instead of white. The result was a moist and delicious cake that wasn't too sweet. A perfect recipe for pumpkin lovers. It didn't last long!"

"I used this recipe to make a 1st birthday cake for my nephew. I left the almond out to make a white cake for some of the tiers. I also made the chocolate version for a tier. I filled the white cake with strawberry filling and filled the chocolate with bavarian cream.
I ended up making a 2 tier cake with a barn sculpted out of cake on the ..."

"These were very good, although they're not quite like the Danishes that I'm used to. I used milk instead of half-and-half, since that's what I had on hand. I also had fresh raspberries to use up, so I mashed them, added a little sugar and cornstarch and cooked them down. I used that instead of any preserves. I think I got about 14 Danishes in a ba..."

"These were delicious and very easy to make. I was looking for ways to use up some coffee creamer and these were just perfect. Everyone loved them. They were very moist and SO good straight from the oven. Can't wait to make again."

"I made this tonight and it was very good. VERY moist and dense, as stated. I made as written, minus the chocolate chips because we were out. I'm sure they would add to the chocolaty goodness. I was looking for recipes to use up coffee creamer, and this was perfect. Will be making it a lot in the future."

"This icing is very good. I really like the flavor and the fact that it hardened, allowing me to stack the finished cookies. I did have to add a bit more milk to get the right consistency. I used it to ice cow shaped cookies that I made with the "White Velvet Cutout Cookie" recipe. They were a big hit."

"These cookies were very good! I cut them into cow shapes and iced with the "Cutout Cookie Decorator Icing" recipe for a 4-H club meeting. They were a big hit with all of the kids (adults, too! I have been told that I should enter them into the county fair, because they would win Grand Champion. I have also already been asked for the recipe. The t..."
