    "These cookies were so so good. The chilling instructions should be followed, my cookies did not get too thin and I did not flatten them before baking. I did use gluten free AP flour and no one could tell these were GF. These will be on our Christmas cookie platters!"

    "Love this! My husband has celaic so we made it gluten free by using a cup of Pamela's baking mix for the flour. I only had one can of peaches so I added two apples peeled and sliced. It was SOO good!"
