"This cake tasted very good. I don't think I'll look for another recipe. I topped mine with chocolate frosting and chopped nuts. REALLY TASTY. One thing I didn't like is how dark the edge got. "Wow! This is my new holiday cookie (ANY holiday!. : Nice flavor combination and rich. I used UNsweetened fine shredded coconut and also added about 1/2 tsp each of coconut and orange extract.
