"This was delicious!!! I have never had quinoa before, and definitely never made it before. I did make a few changes. First I toasted the quinoa, then i fried up some chopped bacon and cooked the veggies in the drippings. I also added a clove of garlic, celery, and about 1/4 - 1/3 cup of chopped mushrooms. Also, I used a vegetable boullion cub..."

"This was delicious!! A great way to get my bf to eat his veggies!! I did add half a chopped red bell pepper, and used half a jar of sun dried tomatoes in oil instead of regular tomatoes. And I used dried herbs (about 1 tsp) as I did not have fresh. Two thumbs up."

"I'm giving this 4 stars, because I altered the recipe enough to change the overall taste. But, the chery almond sauce that I put on the pork chops was awesome!!! I made it as is. What I did different was I marinated the pork chops in some soy sauce, garlic powder, brown sugar, and ginger powder for about an hr before I cooked them. And I didn'..."

"This was excellent!!!! I did do like some of the others and cook the chicken in the balsamic vinegar. Also, instead of a full cup of water, I added about 3/4 c of water, 1/4 c white water, 1/4 c balsamic vinegar, and then a splash of liquid chicken bullion. And about 2 tbsp of brown sugar. At the end I mixed about 1 tbsp of corn starch with a ..."

"This was delicious!!!! I made this tonight with Braised Balsamic Chicken and some white rice. I did make some modifications. We don't eat olives, so I went with a red bell pepper instead. No cherry tomatoes so I just used some regular ones (2 of them) off the vine. I took about 4 cloves of garlic and sliced it. Forgot the lemon juice (oops)..."

"These were fantastic!!! I have Celiac's Disease, so I modified these to be gluten free. I used basic Gluten Free baking flour in place of the real deal. I had to use a bar of chocolate and chop it up since I can't find choc. chips here in Sweden. And I actually used about 3-4 mediumish sized REALLY ripe bananas. And I added about an extra tabl..."

"Was delicious!!!! I used it for a raw veggie side dish (tomatoes, peppers, cucs). I did add like maybe a tsp of brown sugar to help cut the acidity, and i threw in about half of one chopped shallot. :-) Was VERY tasty! Oh, and I used dried basil, I eye balled it. Would definitely make this again!"

"I thought this recipe was alright. I used 4 small/medium bananas and my favorite gluten-free flour mix that's here in Europe. Only took about 1 hr to fully cook. I'd say undercook it a bit or add something extra to make sure it still stays a little more moist and soft. I find it to be a bit on the firm side. But the taste is alright."
