    "I have to admit that I was pretty sure this would not turn out---the recipe seemed to easy...I followed the recipe exactly and it turned out great! I think I will add a bit more salt next time and hope I dont mess it up. My husband is Italian and misses crusty italian bread. Now I can make it for him at home...This is a keeper---very easy!"

    "This is a GREAT dessert! I added 8 packets of splenda w/fiber to sweeten it to suit my taste buds. The final product was 10 cups---my calculations showed that it was a little less than a point per cup. Hmmmmm---I can't help but wonder what this would be like in strawberry? I will let you know once I find out! Thanks Mimi!!!"

    "I have made this recipe twice now and love it. I replaced the oil with applesauce to lower the points and it turned out great. I also upped the splenda to 3/4 cup to make it a little sweeter. After adjusting the ingredients my calculation shows that the whole cake has 38 points."

    "I make this pie atleast twice a week. My family and I love it. I use custard cups in place of the pie plate and put a little fat free whipped topping on them. This is one of the best and most filling weight watcher desserts I have found."
