"I give it 10 stars! Made this pretty much as written, just substituting cayenne for the red pepper flakes as my DH seems to have an allergy to those. WE TOTALLY ADORED IT!! So much so we have now cooked this 6 times in 4 weeks. Wonderful to make double and freeze the rest. This dish deserves much higher rating!! Thanks so much for sharing!"

"My daughter gave me the biggest hug and kiss for making this - then I had to make it again the next night and double up the recipe!!!Only one comment - I had to add a lot more milk as the cheese sauce mixture was too thick, I just kept going till it was right.
