"just made this and yummy!!! I made a few changes out of convenience and personal taste. I used vegetable broth to keep it vegan, saut?ed all the veggies together and then threw in the cilantro, and added carrots. I also used some leftover couscous instead of rice because my daughter prefers it. sooooo good! thanks for posting!"

"Oh my goodness! I tried tofu on my husband about 16 years ago and he was so traumatized that the thought of it turns him green. I recently decided to go vegan and bring the family along for the ride and this was my first try at tofu as a main ingredient. hubby saw me making this and immediately wanted to go to the store for real bacon, but i to..."

"I made this last night for my family and they absolutely LOVED it!!! I substituted 5 boneless, skinless chicken breasts which I 'butterflied' and fried in the oil for 10 min on each side. I used half the flour and milk, and 1 egg for the coating and that was almost exactly the right amount. I made the full amount of gravy and served it over bi..."

"We ate something very similar when I was a child too. I don't like stewed tomatoes, so my mother just used regular tomatoes and lots of onion and garlic. She always called it goulash; I'm not sure why, but that's what my family and I still call it and my kids love it!!"

"This is a great freshener, and very similar to what I do to keep my microwave clean and fresh. I use the same ingredients, but bring it all to a boil in a large microwave safe bowl or measuring cup and let stand in the closed microwave for 5-10 minutes. It softens all the crusty things, and leaves it smelling fresh. Thanks for posting!"

"I made this for a halloween party last night, and what a hit! I didn't have bell pepper or tomato sauce, so I put in about 2 tablespoons of hot sauce. I also used half chicken broth and half ham broth because I didn't have enough chicken broth. I think the chicken broth alone would have been better, but that was my fault and it was still very d..."

"Wow!!! I told my finicky husband that I was making these and he frowned. How could I leave cucumbers outside for that long and expect him to eat them??? Well, once he started on them, he couldn't stop! In fact, everyone loved them so much that I very quickly made a second batch. My first batch was made with dried dill because I had some and d..."
