"This was a hit at a dinner my husband and I gave. One of the guests even took a piece home for her wheelchair-bound husband. Thanks for the recipe. Diana W."

"Excellent recipe!! My husband and I both agree on this. I had left-over spiral sliced ham to use. It's sweet flavor brought out the best taste ever. Thanks Chris. Diana W."

"The pork chops were very tender. The type of barbecue sauce used needs to be included in the recipe. I used a traditional sauce but found the flavor too overpowering. I'll use this recipe again, but a different sauce."
