"We really loved these. I used half white and half wheat flour with 1/2 cup splenda brown sugar. Also added 3/4 cups chopped pecans. I had strawberry yogurt in the frige so that's what I used. Recipe made 8 mini loaves and 6 small muffins. All delicious lol... Thanks for the recipe."

"This was a great recipe.. and so easy. I wanted to use what I had on hand and the weights of the gelatin and pudding were different. So, here's what I had and did. .6 oz gelatin, 1/2 cup boiling water, 3 cups milk, 1.5 oz pudding mix, 1/2 teaspoon orange extract. It came out fine and very orangey.. is that a word? "Great pudding... I was searching for a way to use leftover coconut milk and came across this. So I used 2/3 cup of coconut milk, 1/3 cup whole milk, 2 tablespoons granulated splenda, 1 1/2 tablespoons cornstarch. I did add a little cocoa to it... about 2 teaspoons. "These were great.. I made them with non-alcoholic Kahlua.. It's really made to add to coffee but I wanted to make this recipe and I knew my grandchildren would be eating them.. Also, few in my family use alcohol... not for any particular reason. Anyway, they came out fine and definately with a Kahlua flavor. Thanks for the recipe."
