    "I got this recipe from a friend, and have made it several times. I have found that 1 C. of fudge is entirely too much. Also, the fudge and caramel stick massively to the pan, so it is wise to totally line your pan with waxed paper, both the bottom and sides, before baking. Freezing the cheesecake after cooling also helps in removal from the pan..."
