"This looked awful, smelled terrible and I really thought it was going to make a nice treat for my dogs, BUT it turned out really very good! I will make it again, only with my own stock rather than the canned stuff. I used a homemade recipe for copy cat Stove Top stuffing mix, that turned out really great too. All in all, a surprise and a keeper..."

"I thought this was good, my husband and father in law didn't like the marmalade peel flavor very much. I used the home made marmalade with half sugar and half Splenda so maybe I didn't get that right. I'd like to try it again, with less marmalade and maybe add some ginger. We all thought it might be better served over rice or noodles as a lo mei..."

"Very Good and very easy to make. I might add a pinch of thyme or rosemary next time we make it, and believe you me, there will definitely be a next time! I forgot to say that I didn't broil mine first either, just plopped the raw seasoned meat in the slow cooker and followed the rest of the recipe as written."

"The only reason I gave this 4 stars is because it's too salty as written. I tried using flour instead of corn starch to try and cut the salt and added some milk too which gave the sauce a beautiful smooth and rich consistency but it was still too salty. Next time I'll use half the amount of bouillon and a lower salt variety of both the soy sauce..."

"This didn't turn out anything at all like the Lawry's Taco Seasoning Mix. It was very blah tasting, I think maybe the flour sucked out all the flavor and it was mushy textured as well. Maybe my spices that I had on hand were too old, but I won't bother with this one again."
