"this was fantastic! Soooo easy to make, and very filling. I used a little more garlic, and a little more stock (used chicken stock - it's all I had. Used ditalini pasta (about 2 cups uncooked. This would be great with spinach too! Was light, but very comforting."

"This was a good starting point, but I think if I were to make in the future I'd make the following changes: more garlic (I used 3 cloves, and it was still not enough, more cheese (I'd probably bring it up to a full cup of pecorino, and try to balance out pasta liquid to make more of a "sauce" to avoid it being too dry. I had added a little squ..."

"This was SOOO good! I made as written, using pecans and poured into muffin cups. Baked for 18 minutes at 350. I would definately call these muffins rather than cupcakes, but they are great and relatively easy to make. The most difficult part was grating the apples (which wasn't really that hard - just messy. "I made this for a Labor Day BBQ and loved it when it was first made. I think my mistake was making it the day before. It was pretty dried out by the time I served it. Would try this again and serve fresh after making it."

"4 1/2 stars - This was really easy to make and I had all the ingredients needed in my pantry. However, it was VERY sweet. In the future, I'd either use only 1/2 of the sugar/water mixture or add more peaches (at least 4 cups. This is a keeper. Thanks for sharing."

"this was a great fresh salsa recipe! I chopped everything by hand and made some minor tweaks: I only used one jalapeno and then added 2 dashes of red pepper flakes. I added more salt and a few shakes of a cilantro seasoning mix. This was a huge hit at my labor day bbq and I just passed on the recipe to a friend today. Thanks for sharing!"

"Definately a keeper! Got a lot of green beans from my CSA and was looking for something interesting to do with them. I'm growing parsley, tarragon and chives, so this was perfect! I used scallions in place of the shallot and extra orange juice (with pulp in place of the orange zest (as I had none of either. I used baby red potatoes (and they..."
