"We really enjoyed this soup (with the exception of my 7 year old son but my 5 year old loved it so 3 out of 4 ain't bad! I used the Healthy Request Cream of Chicken soup and organic chicken broth as well as brown rice and cooked it for about 45 minutes so the rice was al dente. I like the idea of adding sauteed carrot and mushrooms to it. Recipe ..."

"This was really yummy! Very rich. I used low-fat ravioli (Celentano, low calorie Alfredo sauce (Classico and Trader Joe's pesto sauce (not refrigerated.
You would NEVER notice the low-fat adds...it was very creamy, rich and delicious. Almost tasted like spinach dip! Delish."

"Delish! Exactly what I was looking for to recreate a dish my husband's grandmother used to make. I subbed a can of kidney beans for the chili and added some salt and pepper. Fantastic and easy recipe! Will be a regular on the rotation! Thank you!!!"

"LOVED this stew! Really delicious recipe. I added garlic, can of diced tomatoes and red wine in the first steps. I also added fresh mushrooms and frozen peas in the last hour. I forgot the bay leaves! Thanks for all the suggestions - this was a keeper!"

"This was quite good. VERY tender chicken. Kids liked it although it was a little spicy for their taste due to the taco seasoning. Hubby and I really liked the sweet/salty mix of it. Definitely a good base for a lot of different variations."

"Wonderful flavor and very traditional stuffing taste. I only used the Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix and used 2 bags of it (no other bread cubes. We like our stuffing VERY moist so I used 2 entire cartons of chicken broth as well. Next time I will use a little less seasoning as it was a bit strong for my taste but it was a delicious keepe..."
