"NOT GOOD AS WRITTEN!! Please do not cook the potatoes for 8 minutes, you will end up with a mushy mess. Whoever wrote about 8 minutes was off by about 4 minutes. The potatoes were so over cooked before baking I was afraid to put in the broth as I thought it would turn to soup. I could tell you what I did to doctor it up but it would be a tot..."

"Absolutely delicious. I will make this again and again! For the glaze I used lime juice as I simply adore guava and lime! This is a great make ahead cake. I made it 3 days ago and it is still just as delicious! I am begging all of you to try this!!!"

"It was OK. The taste is good, but the texture was way off. If I baked them til deep golden brown, they would be burnt and inedible. I was expecting something soft and chewy, this turned out tough and hard to bite. I just baked the last few until lightly browned around the edges and they were ok to eat."

"A very tasty salad indeed. I did make a few substitutes to use what I had:
    -Used peanuts instead of almonds
    -Added 2 Tbs. lime juice
-Used B***** Liquid Aminos instead of soy sauce.

    This is a keeper!"

"This soup is delicious and very easy to make! I made a few alterations, though. I couldn't stand the thought of tomatoes floating in pumpkin soup (I'm a little texture sensitive. I added a small can of tomato paste plus water to equal 15 oz. I also used pumpkin pie mix instead of pureed pumpkin. This made the soup sweeter so I could add a li ..."
