    "Great recipe! But I respectfully disagree completely with the statement that "if you use cheap cheese, you will end up with a bland and flavorless dish". This is rediculous. I would say that if you use mild or medium cheddar, these are indeed the results you will get. But the price of the cheese will make no difference whatsoever, just as long as ..."

    "Very good recipe! One of the tricks that they use in chinese restaurants is to cook the rice a day ahead and refrigerate. This helps the rice to come out separate and not clumped together. This would be a great recipe for just leftover rice since it doesnt call for much rice anyway!"
