    "very simple to make. Used vegetable stock instead of chicken so it could be a vegetarian recipe. Substituted more vegetable stock for the milk and butttermilk to lower the fat a little. Delicious soup. "

    "Followed recipe exactly, and batter came out with consistancy of cookie dough. Added 1 1/4 cups vanilla yogurt to get to a batter thickness, then added apples and it came out just fine.."

    "Very easy. Used regular diced tomatoes in juice, #10 can. Did not use all of the cream. Substituted vegetable stock for chicken stock. Did not use all of the salt and pepper listed... maybe 1/4 that amount."
